iSabiTV exists to elevate creators who value dignity, identity, responsibility, and intergenerational influence. Content hosted on this platform contributes to a living archive intended to serve both present audiences and future generations.

We believe storytelling shapes identity. Identity shapes communities. Communities shape history.

For that reason, iSabiTV operates under clear standards. Growth does not override dignity. Visibility does not override integrity. Monetization does not override responsibility.

Every creator who joins iSabiTV participates in building a platform that prioritizes:

iSabiTV is a digital streaming and creator infrastructure platform committed to preserving and promoting culturally grounded stories, with particular emphasis on strengthening Black communities globally.

We are inclusive and open to all creators. However, our foundation is dignity-first storytelling designed for long-term cultural impact.

We are building:

• A safe platform for families
• A structured creator economy
• A transparent monetization model
• A sustainable digital archive

2. Core Philosophy

2.1 Dignity-First Platform

Dignity is our primary filter. Growth does not override standards. iSabiTV is structured to remain appropriate for youth audiences and intergenerational households, reinforcing our commitment to safe, responsible, and culturally grounded storytelling.

2.2 Identity Transparency

Creators are encouraged to attach identity to their work. Credibility strengthens ecosystem trust.

2.3 Infrastructure Over Virality

We prioritize consistency, structure, and long-term creator growth over algorithm-driven trends.

3. The iSabiTV Creative Code

3.1 What We Stand For

We prioritize content that:

• Reflects the richness of Black experiences globally
• Strengthens families and communities
• Encourages education, youth development, and innovation
• Promotes historical awareness and cultural preservation
• Inspires responsibility and cultural pride

We are building a platform designed to serve both today's creators and the next generation of viewers.

3.2 What We Will Not Platform (Non-Negotiable Standards)

iSabiTV is structurally designed to exclude sexualized exploitation and degrading content. This standard applies regardless of cultural trends or engagement performance.

The following is prohibited:

• Nudity or partial nudity intended for attention or engagement
• Sexually suggestive posing, performance, or choreography
• Explicit or implied sexual acts
• Content designed primarily to provoke sexual reaction
• Repetitive body-focused engagement bait

iSabiTV does not monetize, promote, or tolerate sexualized content as a growth strategy.

• Celebration of physical harm
• Content encouraging real-world violence
• Repeated display of violence for shock engagement

Educational or contextual discussion may be permitted if handled responsibly and non-glorifying.

• Content that mocks, humiliates, or dehumanizes Black communities
• Promotion of internalized stereotypes for engagement
• Trauma exploitation for clicks

• Misleading thumbnails or titles
• Fraudulent claims
• Repetitive low-value uploads solely for engagement
• Artificial view inflation attempts

• Bot traffic
• Coordinated refresh schemes
• Manipulation of view counts

3.3 Institutional Integrity Clause

High performance does not override violations. Content that conflicts with iSabiTV's dignity standards may lead to the account and / or content to be:

• Demonetized
• Removed
• Restricted
• Permanently banned

Monetization is a privilege | Visibility is earned | Dignity is non-negotiable. iSabiTV may decline monetization opportunities that conflict with our dignity standards, regardless of projected revenue.

4. Creator Eligibility & Responsibilities

Creators must:

• Uphold the Creative Code
• Maintain identity transparency
• Commit to consistent uploads (minimum 2 per month recommended)
• Promote their iSabiTV content externally
• Avoid artificial traffic generation
• Treat iSabiTV as a platform home, not merely a sampling channel

5. Monetization & Earnings Structure

5.1 No Threshold Monetization

Unlike many platforms, to be monetized, we have:

• No subscriber minimum
• No watch-hour requirement
• No waiting period

Creators begin earning once eligible monetized views occur.

5.2 Dashboard Metrics Explained

Your Creator Dashboard displays two view metrics.

A view is counted when a user watches at least 10 seconds.

Total Views reflect:

• Content reach
• Audience engagement
• Overall performance

A monetized view qualifies when:

• A user watches at least 30 seconds
• Engagement meets advertiser-quality standards
• The view passes authenticity checks

Monetized views represent revenue-eligible engagement. Repeat or artificial traffic may not qualify.

5.3 Authentic Engagement Protection

To protect creators and advertisers, iSabiTV uses automated systems to detect:

• Repeated artificial refresh behavior
• Automated bot traffic
• Coordinated manipulation
• Suspicious activity

Monetized views prioritize quality over repetition to ensure fairness and sustainability.

5.4 Earnings Calculation

Baseline rate: $1 per 1,000 monetized views.

Earnings are calculated using monetized views only.

Actual earnings may vary depending on:

• Advertising demand
• Viewer geography
• Engagement quality
• Fill rate

Creators can track earnings in real time through their dashboard.

5.5 Monetization Integrity

Monetization may be paused or revoked if:

• Creative Code violations occur
• Fraudulent traffic is detected
• Repeated infractions take place

Monetization is sustained through alignment with platform standards.

6. Promotion & Amplification

Creators may receive:

• Homepage placement
• Social media boosting
• Spotlight interviews
• Featured campaigns

Promotion is discretionary and based on:

• Alignment with standards
• Content quality
• Consistency
• Cultural value contribution

Performance alone does not guarantee amplification.

7. Referral & Growth Incentives

Creators receive:

• A shareable unique referral code
• Visible referral tracking on their profile

Creators are encouraged to share their iSabiTV links across platforms and drive authentic signups. Referral incentives may evolve as the platform scales.

8. Creator Growth Pathway

Long-term creators may be considered for institutional partnerships and premium productions.

9. Appeals & Moderation Process

If content is restricted or demonetized:

• Creators may request review
• Decisions are made based on the Creative Code
• Repeated violations escalate consequences

To ensure fairness and consistency, iSabiTV applies a structured enforcement framework:

• Level 1 - Minor Misalignment: Warning and guidance issued. Content may remain visible but monetization may be limited.
• Level 2 - Repeated Misalignment: Temporary demonetization or content restriction.
• Level 3 - Serious Violation: Immediate content removal and potential account suspension.
• Level 4 - Severe or Exploitative Breach: Permanent account removal.

Enforcement decisions are applied according to platform standards, not engagement performance.

10. Document Authority & Updates

This Handbook represents the public standards of iSabiTV Media. iSabiTV Media reserves the right to update policies as the platform evolves. Updated versions supersede prior versions.

Creators are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.

11. Creator Acknowledgment

By creating an account and uploading content to iSabiTV, creators acknowledge that they:

• Have read and understood this Handbook
• Agree to abide by the Creative Code
• Accept the monetization structure
• Understand that enforcement decisions are made according to platform standards
