iSabiTV – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iSabiTV (via web, mobile app, or any affiliated service), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About iSabiTV

iSabiTV is a values-driven digital media platform dedicated to documenting, preserving, and promoting authentic Black stories globally. Operated by iSabiTV Media Inc. (USA) and iSabiTV Media Limited (Nigeria), the platform provides a safe, family-friendly space for creators, institutions, and communities to publish, license, and monetize culturally relevant content.

3. User Accounts

To access creator tools, contests, or private content, you must register an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must protect your login credentials.

4. Content Guidelines

By uploading or submitting content to iSabiTV, you agree that it:

Must not include sexualized, vulgar, or exploitative content (strict zero-tolerance policy)
Must not promote hate, discrimination, or violence
Must respect copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws
Is subject to moderation, rejection, or removal at iSabiTV’s discretion All licensed content must be uploaded only by verified producers with active platform profiles.

5. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of content you create and upload.
By submitting content, you grant iSabiTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.
Licensed institutional content must be associated with a verified producer or entity and may carry additional contractual terms.

6. Monetization

Eligible creators may earn income through:

Platform-sponsored contests
Institutional or educational licensing
Ad revenue or future premium features

iSabiTV reserves the right to determine monetization eligibility based on quality, compliance, and engagement performance.

7. Contests & Digital Classes

iSabiTV may organize open or invitation-only contests and class-based challenges. Participation is subject to specific contest rules.

Remind Me Feature: Users may opt in to receive notifications when contests or classes open.
Winners Page: iSabiTV may showcase top entries for recognition or promotional use.

8. Platform Moderation & Access Control

All content is subject to pre- and post-publication moderation. iSabiTV may:

Flag or remove non-compliant content
Suspend or terminate violating accounts
Restrict access to sensitive zones (e.g., private classes, institutional dashboards)

9. Privacy & Data

iSabiTV collects minimal personal data to operate the platform in line with global data protection regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

iSabiTV is offered "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for damages arising from use, technical issues, third-party links, or inaccurate content.

11. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

iSabiTV is operated by iSabiTV Media Inc., a Delaware-registered company, with a fully owned Nigerian subsidiary, iSabiTV Media Limited (RC: 1923130).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise directed based on your operational region.

For actions conducted solely within Nigeria, local jurisdiction may apply under the discretion of iSabiTV Media Inc.
